For that reason a decision to buy a work of art from us is an important one and represents your commitment to that work, to the artist, and to the world of contemporary art. We hope you enjoy your purchase and get many years of pleasure from ownership." Jane Crowe, Curator.

  • When we receive notification of your order from PayPal we then send you an email confirming your order.

  • For items above £5,500 please email your order to info@thecapemodern.com putting the Title and artist's name in the subject field. We will then invoice you and give details of how to make your payment by an interbank transfer.

  • As soon as your payment is received, via either of the above methods, we arrange shipping. Your painting is collected from the artist’s studio and delivered to specialist packers who carefully pack and ship your painting in double strength cardboard and heavy duty bubble wrap and/or polystyrene chips.

  • Larger canvases are generally removed from their wooden frame and rolled and shipped in heavy duty cardboard tubing. In some cases the wooden frame may accompany the painting in the postal tube for reassembly at its destination.

  • Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery to your chosen delivery address.

  • Remember, you may own the painting but the copyright remains with the Artist. It cannot be copied or reproduced in any way without the permission of the Artist.
